What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. If you prefer to order offline, you can simply print the order form in the checkout area and mail it to us with a check or money order. We use TeleCheck for check verification; so only preprinted checks with a physical address (no P.O. Box numbers) will be accepted. A phone number with area code also is required on the check.

Is your site secure for credit card transactions?
Yes. We have incorporated the latest technology in credit card protection using SSL Secure Servers with Encryption Protection to ensure safety.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Since we're located in the middle of the country, shipping time once your order is filled should take no more than two to three days.

Do you keep all of the items on the web site in stock?
For the most part the answer is yes. Remember though, we are a retail store not a mail order warehouse, so we don't stock large quantities of any item. Our inventory is very large but is constantly changing. If we don't have something you ordered, we'll get it for you as soon as possible. We order from many vendors and our restocking of an item is dependent on how fast they can turn around our orders, and some do a better job than others. If we have to order an item for you, it will usually take between 2 and 4 weeks.

How do you ship orders and what does it cost?
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping and handling cost is determined by total cost of your order as follows: If your order total is $10.00 - $20.99, shipping and handling is $5.00.

$21.00-$40.99, S & H = $6.00
$41.00-$60.99, S & H = $7.00
$61.00-$80.99, S & H = $8.00
$81.00 and Up, S & H = $9.00

Posters ship for a flat rate of $6.00 regardless of the number of titles or dollar amount. Orders including the large Subway sized posters incur an additional $2 fee to cover the cost of the special heavy gauge shipping tube. If your order consists of a combination of products including posters, be aware that posters are shipped in cardboard tubes and therefore must be shipped separately. We recommend that if posters are on your shopping list, you consider buying several titles each time you order to lower the cost per poster for shipping. *Note: Our "Check-out" area automatically calculates S&H costs for the continental U.S. For International orders, this cost is based on package weight and country of destination. Customers with overseas orders will be notified by e-mail of the actual shipping costs.

What sizes of t-shirts do you carry?
We only stock large and extra large t-shirts. Some shirts are available in medium and XXL. Those will be noted in the size selection pulldown when ordering. Note: For all XXL size t-shirts an additional $2 will be added. If a size is not indicated on the pulldown, we can't get it. Any size selected other than large and x-large will require a special order. Some shirts and many hooded sweats, jerseys and windbreakers are only available in extra large.

What sizes of posters do you carry?
Sizing in posters can be a little problematic. As a general rule, we carry standard and subway size posters. Unfortunately, within these two categories, size can vary quite a bit. For instance standard sizes vary between 18"x 26" and 27"x 39". Most, however, will be around 24"x 36". The giant or subway size posters will be between 38"x 54" and 40"x 60". With thousands of posters in stock it isn't possible to give you exact measurements.

What is your policy regarding returns and exchanges?
You may return an item within 30 days of shipping. Returned items must be in perfect resale condition. Shirts must not be washed, worn, or soiled. Posters must be undamaged and in their original tube. Exchanges will require a new shipping fee unless we shipped the wrong item.

Do you charge sales tax?
Currently, only shipments within the State of Missouri require a 5.475% sales tax.

Do you accept orders from outside the US?
Yes we do. Please be very precise when entering your name and address since we may not be familiar with your country's addressing format. Shipping and handling costs are different outside the U.S. Please see "How do you ship orders?" above.

Are the shirts the same as are sold at concerts?
Many times they are the exact designs you see at a show. Our vendors are the same ones that supply merchandise for the tours. However, some bands make design changes in the shirts they offer for retail sale. Usually this entails changing the back print of tour dates to an alternative design. Retailers have no control over what is released for us to sell.

I see a shirt I like but prefer another color. Can I get it? Sorry, but probably not. When a design is approved for release by a band, it usually is available only in the one color.

Are all items available year around?
No. Some items are seasonal. Some companies restrict availability of some items to certain times of year. For example, some hooded sweats, longsleeve shirts and beanies are not available in the spring and summer.
